In my journey through 17 years of pharmacy, 8 years functional medicine, and most recently in working with psychedelics and energy medicine, there is one lesson I have learned that matters more than anything: ​You are the medicine. 
For a long time, I resisted offering 1:1 consultations, but now that I have found the perfect blend of healing modalities that go far beyond functional medicine, there is nothing that brings me more joy that holding space for your healing. Your healing is my healing.

A note about Pharmacy Consultations: ​If you are a patient who is taking prescription medications, then hopefully, you have a local pharmacist that you know and love.​ But, if you've ever wished that you had a little (or maybe a LOT) more time to spend with a provider who could actually help you get off some of those medications, then you need a Functional Medicine Pharmacist.

 Since I left my pharmacist role in 2023, I am no longer offering pharmacist consultations or medication management myself. My focus has shifted to consultations for psychedelics, bioenergetics, and human design, with functional medicine appointments reserved for a limited number of patients.
