March, April, May 2024 Recap

Monthly blog updates went out the window of all these airplanes I've been flying in, so here's a three month recap for y'all! ✈️  Let's just say it's been an exciting and exhausting 3 months of spring and I am still recovering from it all! ​Thank goodness for these Primal Harvest electrolyte packets that have kept me livinggg amidst all the travel. 💧

March
Week 10:

• March 2-3 Yoga Teacher Training Orientation! This has been a 15+ year goal, and I'm so happy it's happening.

Week 11:

• March 8-9 Bhakti Yoga Immersion - omg, the best. Heaven on earth.
• Closed out my year of PQ Coach membership; while I deeply love this program and will always carry these practices with me, I knew it wasn't going to be the main modality I wanted to carry forward. 
• March 15-17: Health Business Growth Conference with Mindshare - super fun and inspiring event, got a shout out from JJ too about pharmacists!

Week 12:

• March 22-23 APhA in Orlando, FL! I got an exhibitor ticket with the Ortho Team to talk about functional medicine and help the reps orient to the pharmacy world, and I got to see and support Sa'ed's talk on psychedelics! We also had a magical moment with the APhA CEO Michael Hogue at the end of the night. 

Week 13: 

• March 24 This was my 3rd weekend of model training and we got to do our photo shoots!
• March 29-30 PCB visit! Seth came down too! Plus another haircut, deeper into the shag 💇‍♀️ 

April
Week 14:

• April 3-5 Austin TX Functional Forum with James Maskell, and got to meet Izabella Wentz at long last, and a dear pharmacist friend Michelle P. 

Week 15:

• April 7 NV Modeling final class and photo shoot!
• April 8 - ECLIPSE with family and and important medical visit
• April 11 - Rolfing #10 and sound bath in Yellow Springs
• April 12-14 Yoga Workshop for Anxiety, Depression, Trauma - this was SO good.

Week 16:

• April 16 - NV Modeling Agency Interview - I got signed!
• April 18-19 - PLMI, Cubs rained out, my 1 minute hologram interview on evomed.
• April 20-21 - Medipreneurs in NC with Elaine and reunion with Shawn Nason

Week 17:

• April 23 - DEEPAK CHOPRA at U of AZ! We had a moment. 
• April 24 - Fun day exploring Tuscon, AZ and meeting friend Melanie B.
• April 25-26 Integrative Medicine Summit at U of AZ with Andrew Weil

Week 18:

• April 28 - Hike The Narrows, psychedelic microjourney with a friend
• April 29 - long walk in Woodland Cemetery

May 

• May 3-5 A4M in West Palm Beach with my FMPhA girls + Ed Sheeran concert!

Week 19:

• May 10 Tony Robbins virtual event

Week 20:

• May 12 - Mother's Day with my MIL
• May 15-21  FAM week w/ Josh R.

Week 21:

• ​May 22-28 PTI Retreat at Imiloa w/ my dear friend Cheng Ruan
• May 26 - co-led first my group ceremony with an incredible mentor Andy 🙏 

Week 22:

• May 29-31 IFM Vegas, saw Chainsmokers, got COVID (but this time was very different, I'll post another blog about my experience with it separately!)​

Overall, I'm so happy to be back home in Dayton, OH for this summer! ☀️
